Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. acquires Sunarias Corporation

Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. (OTCBB:AEGY) announces that today it has closed on its acquisition of solar thermal energy producer Sunarias Corporation.

Sunarias ( provides on-site solar thermal energy production to power commercial buildings efficiently. The company is able to offer Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to corporations, hospitals and other commercial entities.

In addition to promoting lower operating costs than those of traditional utilities, Sunarias systems may allow businesses to conveniently meet individual corporate missions or governmental energy reduction mandates such as CA AB32. Under AB32, California must reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent by 2020, returning them to 1990 levels. AB32 also requires the largest industrial sources to report and verify their greenhouse gas emissions. Regardless of whether they are formally required to do so, many local governments, companies and individuals are now taking actions to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.

Alternative Energy Partners CEO Jack Stapleton says, “Any organization’s efficiency depends not only on how they do their daily business but naturally extends into overhead costs. Sunarias allows clients to power their facilities — or homes — with significant cost savings. Alternative Energy Partners understands and shares Sunarias’ commitment to making more creative and sensible energy options available to consumers.”
